1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Funzy (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who Can Use Funzy
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create a Funzy account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Content Policy
Funzy is a family-friendly platform for discovering fun activities. This platform does not list adult entertainment businesses, strip clubs, adult stores, sex shops, nightclubs, bars, or liquor stores. We automatically filter these categories from search results.
You may not upload, post, or share content that:
- Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups
- Promotes violence, illegal activity, or self-harm
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
4. User-Submitted Reels
Reels are published automatically when you upload them. Funzy administrators may remove any reel that violates this Content Policy at any time, without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Business Listings
Listings are sourced from public Google Places data and from verified business owners on Funzy. Business owners may claim, verify, and edit their listing through the Business Dashboard.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at Funzy's discretion.
7. Disclaimers
Funzy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party business information (hours, pricing, availability). Always confirm directly with the venue before visiting.
8. Termination
Funzy may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
